MLM Businesses Problematic Downlines – How To Handle

As a seasoned network marketer, you are well aware that prospecting is the life and blood of your organization. It is important to grow your organisation for mlm businesses if you wish to succeed in this legitimate home based business opportunity.

Growing your organization for mlm businesses does not mean that you should get every Tom, Dick and Harry to join your network marketing organization. If you are not selective in the kind of downlines that you bring into your mlmm businesses, you will be faced with more

Imagine sponsoring a friend who becomes your downline but who does not have the motivation and desire to succeed and improve his lifestyle. This downline will require lots of your time, effort and energy in terms of training, coaching and strategizing. Yet, when your downline starts to face rejection after rejection, he is again demoralized and finally there will come a day when in spite of your good intentions, he starts to blame you for getting him into a business where he is not able to make money. Or worse still for not helping him enough so that he is not able to succeed. This can cause a strain on your friendship or in the worst case scenario, lose a friendship that could have started decades ago.

Or if you had been approaching the cold market to do your prospecting, you might have met a stranger. In your dealings with this person, you might have been able to convince the person how wonderful a business opportunity you have and how he can achieve his financial freedom if he were to join you in your home business and commit two to five years to learn the ropes of the business, build it up and achieve his dreams and desires.

This stranger who is now your downline begins to start calling you non-stop. This is good in the beginning because it means that he is eager and willing to learn. However, the incessant calls continue non-stop and even months after he joined, the calls are still coming in without any signs of abating. Finally there comes a day when this downline finds that he is just not cut out for network marketing and demands a refund on all his products. All your time and efforts have gone to waste and you even suffer a deduction in your commissions.

At the same time, you might get downlines who, after trying out and working the business and find that they are not able to succeed, start to go around bad-mouthing you, tarnishing your reputation and calling you a scammer.

How do you handle such unwanted downlines?

• Do not place too much reliance on any particular downline. This will prevent your disappointment when your downline does not work out
• Be aware that there will always be some attrition as in any business
• Do not spend too much time with any particular downline so that your downline will not grow too dependent on you
• Spread your time amongst your other downlines as well to avoid any feelings of biasness
• Do not allow your downlines to think that they are too important for you or they will tend to take advantage of you
• Spend time with the right people
• Continuously upgrade yourself and improve your personal development
• Team up with other successful network marketers and grow yourself as a leader as this has a magnetic effect of attracting people to join you
• Do not be afraid of being frank with your downlines. Sometimes it is better to be rid of a ‘trouble-maker’ than to lose your whole organization
• Look for the correct people, solid business builders, to join your network marketing organization

Is Traditional Network Marketing Important?

Although the Internet is becoming the “in thing” right now and more and more people are moving their businesses including network marketing online, we must not forget the reason why network marketing or multi level network marketing is also known as relationship marketing. As such, we should always remember the personal touch of what is now known as traditional network marketing.

Do you remember how you got involved in network marketing? Did you do a search for it on the internet, reviewed the compensation plan and immediately signed up for the business opportunity it provided? This does not happen very often as the sales letter or the auto responder messages still does not provide the human touch that people still yearn for. Especially so if this is their first attempt at a network marketing business opportunity.

Or were you approached by a friend, family member or someone who was so enthusiastic about the business opportunity they had and couldn’t wait to share it with you because they wanted you to be able to share in their joy as well? So much so that it might have felt as if they were pushing you into joining them and leaving you with no other choice?

Although the Internet can help you generate leads and increase your website traffic hits using various tools and methods, some of which are totally free, it does not provide any human touch. The sales letter helps in a small way and the autoresponder messages are able to help build the relationship with your prospect, but as human beings, we all crave for some human touch. At the same time, it is easier for the prospect to have all of his or her questions answered and give them peace of mind to get started in the business if they can have direct access to a human.

When people are involved fully in online network marketing, they somehow seem to forget about the personal touch. If you are keen to motivate those in your organization, the best way to do that is to build a rapport with them. Once this is not achieved, it will be difficult for your organization to grow and for you to be able to gain any form of leverage in your organization.

When there is no personal touch, you will frequently see a high attrition rate as well. People start dropping out of your organization faster than you can get people to join. Thus it is important to not only have a good bonding with your entire organization, but to train them well. There is a well-known quote: ‘You will succeed only when the people in your organization succeed.’

At the same time, when there is no leverage in your organization, this would mean that rather than having your team members work for you in terms of continually recruiting and building your organization, you will likely end up having to do it yourself, thus defeating the purpose of joining a network marketing organization where if everything is done correctly, you should be able to enjoy a good residual income business opportunity.

As such, to enjoy success in your network marketing business opportunity, it is best to combine the best of both worlds where you practice the almost forgotten ‘personal touch’ as in the traditional network marketing with the ‘high tech’ system on the Internet. This will allow you to stay at the forefront in this dynamic industry which is currently undergoing a huge change in the way it is evolving.

Generate Cash Flow For MLM Businesses Using Affiliate Sales Programs

The most important aspect of keeping your network marketing or multi-level marketing (mlm) businesses alive and successful is generating leads and cashflow. Although leads are essential in your mlm businesses, they are useless and serve no purpose if they do not convert into your customers who buy your products. When there are no sales volume, your business will suffer because there will be no money to pay for your monthly expenses. Carrying on like this is simply putting yourself into hot soup.

Mlm businesses function just like any other business in the sense that you do have certain expenses to cover every single month.

• Buying products. There will be a monthly autoship where you need to make purchases each and every month. Maintaining your autoship every month simply means that your downlines are required to do the same as well and this will translate into a monthly income for you. Certain mlm businesses do not require a monthly autoship. However in order for you to continue getting a monthly income, there needs to be business volume.

• Fixed expenses. These are fixed daily and monthly expenses that you need to pay for including transportation and food. Many network marketers get so fired up about their business and they forget about these expenses. When the realization hits them, they quit because they have run out of money.

• Personal development. To grow yourself as a leader of your organization, you need to invest in self development programs. There are many books, CDs, DVDs, tapes and seminars that can be found in the market. They can be expensive but are worthwhile investments that will pay off in the long run.

All this goes to show that cashflow is an essential component in creating successful home businesses. How then can we get this cash coming in consistently? Discussed here are three ways to get consistent cashflow.

1 Continuously recruiting and signing up new downlines. This will give you the fastest way to get your commission as most network marketing companies offer you an incentive in the form of a fast start bonus for every new downline you sign up. The more downlines you have in your organisation, the more commissions you will make from the monthly autoship and other purchases.

2 Keeping up the retail sales will ensure your monthly commissions. This means having a customer base where you retail your company’s products is essential for a consistent income.

3 Using the internet to make money from your leads and prospects via affiliate sales programs. This is a good way to target leads and prospects who may not fall into the two categories above and is virtually untapped by network marketers.

As an affiliate marketer, you would basically market generic network marketing information that anyone can use. Due to its low cost and high demand, there is a huge target market for such practical information.

There are many affiliate sales programs that you can join. The payouts range anywhere from forty to seventy-five percent for marketing these information products. When you have your affiliate sales programs, you can at least offer them to your leads and prospects who do not sign up or buy your network marketing products and generate cashflow from this alternative stream. This can be a good way of making money by driving traffic to your blog and marketing affiliate products. You can thus continue to generate cashflow and keep your business afloat. In fact, your affiliate marketing customers may even join your network marketing internet business some day in the future.

Working At Home Online

When it comes right down to it, most of us that have decided we want to try making money working at home online. However, there are numerous ads (actually, scams) out there that make it sound like you can rake in hundreds and even thousands a week by just spending a few short hours a day working from home computer. If it is that easy why is anyone working outside the home? This is where myth meets reality.

Is there a legitimate home based business opportunity out there? The answer is “yes”. Are there really legitimate making money online jobs which are home based that rake in the dough? Again, the answer would be “yes”. However, you do have to actually work. These types of jobs are not plentiful and most of them do not pay an enormous amount like is being portrayed by those behind the “work-from-home scams”. One of the most common type of job working from home are the ones in the “clerical field”. These can be anything from billing clerks to administrative assistants to data entry jobs. Other common “work from home” options are in the field of sales, some of these do require some travel, and there are also various work from freelance work from home business opportunities that will allow you to begin making money online.

If you are considering working from home and plan on making money online, you need to be prepared to “work” just like you would if you were in the office or in the (outside) work force or starting a business in a Mall. You will likely have to have the same qualifications, education and experience regardless of where you work for a company whether it is in their office or from your home. The only difference between working from home and in the office is that you will have to have great self-discipline to work from your home and you will need to be highly self-motivated. You will have to provide yourself with a working environment and treat your “work time” as just that. In some cases, it is actually harder to complete work from your home office verses an actual office setting because it is hard for family and friends to understand that you need to be performing your “job” duties even though you are in your home.

The plus side to working at home online is that you will probably have greater flexibility in your schedule and can decide “when” you are going to work. You can’t be asked or expected to “stay late at the office” to help finish a project or task. You will be home more. And since you will be working at home online verses driving to a job everyday you will be saving on gas and travel time. Once you are comfortable and get settled with your “work from home” job or business opportunity, you will be able to find a schedule that best suits your family and still accommodates your “job”.

So, make no mistake, making money online is no easy feat but, if you are willing to actually be working at home online, it can be one of the most rewarding work experiences you will ever have.

Business Startup Made Simple

The thought of starting a business sounds harder than it actually is. To start a business from home isn't actually all that hard and you can even do the whole thing online. With some minimal research you can start small sucessful home businesses within a few weeks.

You should already have some great business ideas in mind and decided on the the one to start off with first. Hopefully you have done your due diligence to make sure it is a wise financial decision. Now that you have those two things complete, you're ready to get started! It's an exciting time, but how do you actually make your business legal? What is required of you throughout the business startup process? How do you actually start a business from home?

The first thing you should do is decide on a business name. The business name should be something memorable and catchy. It also needs to pertain to your business. It doesn't have to be boring like Joe's Plumbing, but something catchy and a little different like Two Plumbers and a Wrench will attract attention. Something people will remember, but also lets them know what it is you do. Once you have a name planned you need to register your business name with your state. There is a fee which will vary by state, but you can do this online by visiting your state's website.

You will also need to decide if you want to conduct your business as a sole proprietor or a corporation. There are many benefits for doing business as a corporation, but you also may need and accountant to handle your taxes for you. That of course, will depend on how much you know about taxes. For some people it may be easier to conduct business as an individual. Doing this may be easier, but you are subject to more taxes and your assets aren't protected as well. You can also find plenty of information on the Small Business Associations website to help you make this decision.

The business startup process won't be complete until you have officially registered your business and received your Employer Identification Number. After you decide how to register, it's time to actually do it. You can register your business online via your state's website. The website will tell you what forms need to be filled out and how to complete them. Once you fill them out you simply submit them online. Once the papers are filed you will receive your Employer ID number in the mail and then you're in business!

Network Marketing Today Moulds You Into An Entreprenuer – Robert Kiyokaki’s Principle

Thousands of people join the network marketing business opportunity for a second income. Besides the main full-time job during the day, many treat their network marketing business as a part-time job work from home or even a small home based business opportunity.

Unless you find a way through this unique opportunity to work part time on your fortune with a full time mentality, then only will you see the magic of a change in lifestyle. If you were to treat network marketing as a hobby and not a legitimate home based business opportunity, success will not be within reach. It is not something to do only when it is convenient. You must have the mindset of a businessman and an entrepreneur. Do not think that network marketing today is just a small home based business that will not bring you financial freedom.

As Robert Kiyosaki puts it, network marketing is the perfect training ground that will mould you into becoming an entrepreneur or a business person.

Treat network marketing or mlm as a business. To start an mlm business, think of ways to make it work. Plan, organize, manage and strategize to grow your small home based business. If you want to get paid, you need to produce results just as in any business. Be willing to think as a business person. You are the one who needs to make the decisions now.

Things start to change when you start making decisions. Simple decisions include what time to wake up, have your meals and meet prospects. More complex decisions include which of your downlines deserve your time and which to spend time with to coach into being as good as you or what sort of recognition should you have for your best recruiting downline.

Get away from the mindset of an employee. An employee prefers not to think and leaves the thinking to top management. An employee prefers to just ‘do the job’. An employee sells their time for money. They go to work just to get a monthly salary. Sometimes, the employee may not be doing anything and yet continues to receive a monthly salary.

However if you continue to have an employees’ mentality whilst conducting your network marketing business, you will not see results. When there are no results, there will be no commissions. Just printing your name cards, compiling your name list and arranging your product brochures will not bring you success. Even attending opportunity meetings and various self development seminars will not be of any help if there is no action taken.

You need to spend you time productively. What would an entrepreneur do to ensure his business succeeds? Putting yourself in the shoes of an entrepreneur, you must think like one as well. Working closely with your downlines will allow you to appraise them and see who deserves your time to be trained and coached and given the basic knowledge required. You need to continuously prospect and share your products with others. T his means you need to make appointments to meet people.

Ultimately, if a network marketer continues with the mindset of an employee and fails to recognize that he needs to think and act like an entrepreneur, he will not be able to see his dreams and desires materialize unless he has a paradigm shift.

Five Home Business Ideas for Animal Lovers

Everyone has heard someone say your career should be something you love. We spend the majority of our time at work, so why shouldn't you do something that you love? What if you are an animal lover looking out as to how to start a small business? There are plenty of small home business ideas out there, but why not try something geared around the animals you love?

1. Start a dog walking business. A dog walking business is best for people who live in the city. Dogs in the city don't usually have a lot of room to run and play. With their owners at work all day, they usually hire someone to walk their dogs. This can be a very profitable business for any animal lover. It would also be a simple business idea to start up. Simply print flyers and go door to door to pass them out to gain clients.

2. Start a doggy daycare. Some pet owners have a very busy schedule and don't want to leave their dog home alone all the time. This is where a doggy daycare comes in handy. Whether they bring the dog for one day or a week, babysitting the dog makes you money and leaves the owner with a piece of mind.

3. Another great business idea for an animal lover is a pet resort. When people have to travel, they don't want to leave their pet in a kennel. Instead they look for a plush pet resort that is somewhat like a luxury hotel for pets. This is definitely a unique business, but fun and profitable.

4. Are you not really a dog or cat person, but still love animals? Other good business ideas could be for you to own horse stables. Equestrians are always looking for good stables to keep their horses at.

5. No space for animals, but you'd still like new small business ideas centered around animals? How about making clothes for dogs? You can sell them online and on Ebay and make a good profit. It seems everyone dresses their pets these days, why not profit from it?

If you are an animal lover, then you could turn anything pertaining to animals into small home business ideas. There are great business ideas all around you, all you have to do is think outside the box!

Network Marketing Today – Think big like Donald Trump

How would you like to be as successful as Donald Trump whose net worth in 2008 was $3 billion? If you could achieve even a portion of that in your small home based business opportunity, how would that make you feel? Therefore, in order to get onto the right direction, you will need to apply Donald Trump’s principle to your network marketing today. Think big!

According to Donald Trump who believes in thinking big, as long as you are going to think, you might as well think big. Since you are already going to be making an effort doing the thinking, you might as well make full use of it by thinking big. It is the sensible thing to do. After all, whether you think big or think small, your brains will still be put to work. It is only right to make the time and effort worth your while then.

The main fact is you must think big. Unless you think big, you will not succeed. Thinking big especially in network marketing today will go a long way to assist you in achieving results. Without bothering to make an effort to think big, there is a higher chance that you will not see positive results.

In network marketing today, an example of thinking big is to ‘sponsor up’. Rather than sponsoring any Tom, Dick or Harry into the business, look out for those people with a certain status. These people may hold high positions in the company they are in, own their own business, have a great circle of influence or who are financially better off than you.

Continually sponsoring people of the same status as you or of a lower level will cause your network marketing organization to be weak. This is caused by people who are living in their comfort zone and not ready to take an extra step to achieve their dream lifestyle and think big. They will also follow you in sponsoring down and this will cause the disintegration of your organization.

If you continue to sponsor down, your team members will follow your example. In order to inject strong blood into your organization, you need to think big and sponsor up. This will show your team members that it is possible to sponsor an ‘eagle’ who is ready to soar.

In whatever you do, remember to think big. Not only should you think big, you have to believe that you can do it. Behave like a warrior and overcome any obstacles that you may face. You will see the results of your efforts when you continually move up the ranks in terms of position as well as earnings in this small home based business opportunity thus making you a happy warrior.

Start A Business From Home Trump 9 to 5 Jobs

While rising gas prices continue to climb throughout the US, more and more people are looking to the future of home-based businesses. Recently, a poll was taken by the general population on the percentage of people who are interested in, or are researching the prospects of a home-based business. A staggering 45 percent are eager to start and another 40 percent are seeking information on a home-based business of their choice. All are looking to develop successful home businesses. If the 40 percent who have looked to start a business from home begin within the next year and the eager 45 percent join in too, that is over half of Americans who do not have to get out of their Pajamas in the mornings. Nor do they have to rush around to get the kids off to school before work. Sound refreshing? Eighty five percent of Americans think so!

This is good news for single parents and for families with two incomes as well. Being a parent can be hard enough, but throw in the stress of a hectic schedule and the overbearing power of the eight hour workday, and you've got a recipe for catastrophe. Independence is a major factor in a single parents life. Being prosperous at a job and bringing home the bacon at the same time, isn't easy these days and single parents will be the first to express that. With home-based businesses these parents are finding comfort in knowing that they have the freedom and flexibility to live their lives the way they want to.

Home-based businesses may not be for everyone. It takes a self-disciplined and highly motivated individual to succeed in these entrepreneurial ventures. You've got to set goals and work to reach them. Having that pestering boss hovering over you is a thing of the past in the world of work from home institute. This means you're the boss, and you must be capable of working well on your own. Self-motivation is a quality entrepreneurs must possess. Problem solving and learning new skills are important as well to help you grow to and beyond your highest ambitions. However, the key to strong and successful home businesses is a powerful support system. With your family and friends behind you as you embark on your business dreams; there is nothing that you cannot accomplish.

How to maximize Your MLM Traffic

Network marketing or multi level marketing (MLM) has been in existence for more than fifty years. It has been only in recent years that network marketing or MLM industry has been evolving into a more dynamic business model and this is where you can take advantage of the Internet to expand your network marketing business opportunity. The Internet is regarded as ‘high tech’ and there are various tools you can use to assist you in marketing your business opportunity to a much wider and more targeted market.

How can you make use of the Internet to maximize your MLM traffic? Here are a few methods that you can use to maximize your MLM website traffic via the Internet and help to build your organization by converting them into your downlines.

- Set up a network marketing or MLM blog where you can brand yourself as an expert. This is one of the best ways to build up your credibility and if you were to do this well, you will be recognized and respected as a network marketer. Blogging is one of the fastest and simplest ways where you can brand yourself. It is basically like an online diary where you write about your products and mention their benefits. The more tips and values you offer to people, the more you will attract them to return to your blog for updates. Remember that if you are able to create rapport with your readers, this is going to allow you to make money in your business opportunity. Your readers will also keep coming back for more tips and information and this will allow you to share more information as well as create additional streams of income.

- A you may have heard before, the money is in the list. This is indeed true and based on the Internet, the more website traffic you get, the faster you will be able to build your list. This is indeed very important for network marketing as your offline list will run dry sooner or later. However if you were to go online, you will be able to maximize your traffic by building a list of leads that would otherwise not be available to you offline. As every seasoned marketer is aware, to succeed in your network marketing business opportunity, you need to continuously run your business opportunity by many people in the hope that one will say ‘yes’ and face loads of rejection in the process. However by doing it online, you are bale to target at your targeted market and by offering valuable information to your prospects or those who sign up for your mailing list via a series of autoresponder messages, you will be able to keep in close contact with your prospects. Once they have reviewed all the information that you have sent them, you can then gauge their response and if they are the right people that you are looking for your network marketing business, you will be able to get them to join you.

- The fastest way to maximize traffic is to pay for it via advertising through ‘pay per click’ campaigns. T his may seem easy provided you do a test to see which advertisements attract more traffic and which are more effective. To avoid paying too high a price for very competitive keywords, go ahead and research on some less competitive keywords that you can use and build your advertisements around these ‘less expensive’ keywords. Remember to always do a ‘split test’ so that you will be able to gauge which advertisements and which keywords work best to maximize your website traffic.

As network marketing is also known as relationship marketing, do remember to keep in close touch with your leads and follow up closely. This will enable your prospects to know that there is a human being, just like them, behind the computer so that they will feel more comfortable.

Recycling Your Blog Traffic For Network Marketing

With more and more people getting on the Internet, it is important for you as a network marketer to make use of this latest trend to help you build your network marketing home business. In order to do this, creating and maintaining a good network marketing blog will go a long way to help you jump start your home business. This will also allow you to brand yourself as a respected and recognized network marketer which will then give you an edge over other network marketers.

Since more and more social lives are centered round the Internet, it is essential to get your blog started immediately. However, just creating a blog is insufficient if you are not able to drive traffic to your blog and make full use of the website traffic that is being generated.

The general idea is to set up your blog and then drive traffic to your blog. This can be done in various ways including, but not limited to, search engine optimization, article submissions, pay per click campaigns, forums and blog directories. However, what you want to do in order to create an effective monetization for your blog is to recycle your website traffic. This is where repeat sales come in and helps to allow your business to bloom and thrive.

What then is recycling traffic and why is it so important for your network marketing business?

Recycling traffic simply means that you are redirecting or sending your existing website traffic back to your blog again and again through newsletters, email marketing or RSS feed subscriptions.

Listed below are a few ways to recycle traffic by getting people coming back to your blog again and again for more valuable, interesting and compelling information.

- As any seasoned network marketer is aware, there is a saying that ‘The money is in the list.’ As such it is imperative for you to continuously build your mailing list. In order to do this, you will need an ‘opt-in’ box where you can offer good valuable information in the form of a free report or newsletter to those on your mailing list. This will enable you to also keep in touch with your mailing list and keep them updated as and when you add a new post to your blog. By doing this, it can help to build the rapport between you and those on your list whilst keeping your blog fresh on their mind.

- Another way to keep the readers coming back to your blog is to break up your blog post into a series of shorter blogs. This can be done by breaking down your tips and information into three or more parts. This is a great way to keep them in suspense and yearn for more of such great information that they will want to keep on coming back to read your next ‘to be continued’ blog post.
- One other way of getting readers to keep coming back to your blog is to get them to subscribe to your RSS feed. RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication. When the reader subscribes to the RSS feed, this will allow the ‘RSS reader’ to check on the subscribed feeds regularly for new work and download any updates that it finds. It will then send the contents of your new posts automatically to the subscriber. Thus it is recommended that you post to your blog frequently and consistently. If your readers find that your content is very useful and provides great value, they may even link to your feed and publish your content on their blogs as well.

The above are a few methods which have been widely used. However, do remember that people are always looking for compelling and interesting information. Thus, in whatever you do, take note that ‘content is king’. A great content will entice your readers in repeat visits to your blog to know more and see what other valuable information they can get from your site.

Blogging Tips For Your Network Marketing Business

In the twenty-first century, if you want to conquer the world of network marketing, you will need to be up to date and make use of the various tools of the internet. One of the first things a network marketer should do is to create a blog. The reason is simple. If you do not keep up with the web onslaught, you will tend to lose out to other network marketers.

As it is currently a growing trend for network marketers to make use of the internet to reach out to their target market and keep the world informed of their product, service and/or business opportunity, the simplest way is to set up a proper and presentable blog. If you want to stand a winning chance, it is great if you could offer tons of value as this will definitely help move you up a notch in your network marketing business.

In network marketing, people want to follow a leader. Thus you need to start branding yourself. A good way to do this is to create your very own website or domain name. For example, if John Doe has a website www dot John Doe dot com, he is basically marketing and promoting himself. This will give him an edge in his marketing efforts. As more network marketing companies will offer you the use of a replicated website, you do not need another information site about your network marketing company. What you do need is a site that will sell yourself as a marketer and to brand yourself. This is one of the most important tips to start building your network marketing business.

Once you have set up your domain name, you can start off with a wordpress blog so that your blog can be hosted on your own hosting space. You will also need to find a hosting company and there are some cheap hosting which are available if you do a search on the internet.

Choose a good and presentable theme for your blog. The theme should preferably have the sidebar on the right since Google would normally scan the contents of the blog from left to right. If you were to place your sidebar on the left, Google will end up reading the same content, i.e. the sidebar, over and over again and we do not want Google to keep on reading duplicate content as this is not good.

Next, be prepared to submit between three to seven articles a week. These may be short articles ranging from between four to six hundred words so that people are able to get whatever information they require as fast and instantly as possible. By frequently updating your blog, this will enable Google to find it faster and keep you in their index. Once you are already in Google’s index, continue to write valuable and interesting posts and you will soon see an increase in your website traffic.

If you are not a good writer or have a fear of not knowing what to write, you can either do your research on the internet and get some ideas of the content for your blog. Or you can outsource your blog updates and pay someone else to get your articles ready. Another alternative is to make use of other media like podcast, video and pictures.

From my experience, do not think about the difficulties and keep telling yourself that you cannot do it. As Nike’s slogan goes, “Just Do It!” This should be your motto too. Start doing it and you will learn step-by-step!
